Thanks for the note, Clare. You're right that it's often a different sales process when the user and buyer are not the same. But at the end of the day, if the end user sees value, they will advocate for a product. So a lot of SaaS companies have been moving to a bottom-up approach where they let end-users try the product and get value from it before the sale. I also agree that CX has not been completely taken over by UX, just that the importance has grown considerably!
